Fuimaono Dominic Schwalger is an experienced leader in the water sector, currently serving as the Managing Director for Samoa Water Authority. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he has developed a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing water utilities. Fuimaono holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland and is a Chartered Professional Engineer (IPES). He is also involved in the Pacific Water and Wastewater Association, where he serves as the Deputy Chair on the Board of Directors.
