Wen-Jing Huang, Ph.D., P.E. is the Head of Overseas Business Center of CECI Engineering Consultants, Inc. After returning from the United States, he immediately joined this company and led a professional team to build up the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
In 2018, Dr. Huang assisted ADB in planning an integrated e-ticketing system for Bangkok Metro Systems and tried to provide solutions to the issue of interoperability. Between 2013 and 2015, Dr. Huang became a secondee to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development where he traveled from Eastern Europe to Central Asia to introduce ITS concept and assisted countries to roll out their first ITS projects.
