Chutima Waisarayutt has graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002. She started her career in the field of Agricultural and Food Safety and Quality Management in Supply Chain with risk management principles. Since 2014, She has extended her working scope from supply to consumer and marketing direction. She has integrated the concept of innovation to create a value chain from agricultural to food business. The combination of strategic think, creativity, and innovation by design has been applied from ecosystem-level cascading to the business model, enterprise structure, and innovation team. The ecosystem of Kasetsart University empowers her to apply her knowledge and experience on competency building for future skills in the agricultural sector of Thailand and the region.
