Bisma Husen is a Principal Procurement Specialist of ADB and has been assigned to support ADB operations in India since 2007.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri Science and Technology, USA and an MBA in Finance from Monash University. He has worked with the World Bank, the Islamic Development Bank, and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in procurement for more than 20 years.
He has worked in diverse environments such as Indonesia, various Asian, Central Asia, Africa, and Pacific countries, among others. This extensive international exposure has equipped him with a understanding of procurement processes across different cultural and regulatory frameworks.
