This presentation introduces the score card assessmentof regional projects at the concept paper stage. It presents descriptions of regional projects, identification of regional benefits at concept stage, regional spillover effects, some examples of regional spillover effects, score card approach to assess RCI Project Proposals, country context and commitment to RCI (some examples of subcriteria), examples of regional economic benefits, and additionality of regional projects.
