Gary Tsai

During his 13 years tenure working at Institute for Information Industry, Gary was directly involved in ICT/DT development or promotional assignments for Africa (Sao Tome & Principe and Kingdom of Eswatini), the Middle East (Kuwait and Qatar) and Southeast Asia (Vietnam and The Philippines). He was posted to Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research, Kuwait (2015-2018) to head the Liaison office jointly established by Kuwait and Taiwan. He was also seconded to Asian Development Bank, The Philippines (2019-2021) as Senior Digital Technology Specialist. In recent years, he holds managerial positions working as Director (1 year) and Section Manager (3 years).
