Executive Director, The SEACEN Centre Profile / Bio Cyn-Young Park is the former director of the Regional Cooperation and Integration and Trade Division in ADB’s Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department. She was a main author and contributor to the Asian Development Outlook and has written and spoken extensively on the Asian economy and financial markets. She led a team of economists in assessing the socioeconomic impact of ADB operations and delivering country diagnostics. Prior to ADB, she served as an economist at the OECD.
