Dong-hoon Cha is responsible for research project management and research water policy such as efficient asset management in water infrastructure and digital transformation for water utilities. Before he joined SWI, he designed water and wastewater treatment facility and researched water resource management and demand side management in private companies.

Seoul Water (Arisu) is Seoul Waterworks Authority of Seoul Metropolitan Government and has a history of over 110 years and has been supplying tap water to 10 million Seoul citizens.
Since the opening of the headquarters in 1989, Seoul Water has been promoting efficient management rationalization and organizational improvement.
