He applies his commercial, financial, and business skills to ensure that sanitation projects undertaken by WSUP Advisory are firmly grounded in practical and attainable actions designed to ensure that inclusive urban sanitation services are implemented at the city level. Over the last five years, Yaver has supported sanitation business planning, designed and analyzed business models, and developed new forms of contracts for public-private partnerships. He focuses on ensuring that market-based sanitation solutions are customer-centric, practical from a business perspective, and financially sustainable.
