Bronwyn is an active applied researcher and associate of the International WaterCentre in Queensland, Australia. Her interests encompass the social and governance dimensions of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), integrated water resources management (IWRM), climate change, gender equity and social inclusion, community engagement, behavior change, health, and nutrition. These interests have translated to over 20 years of experience in the international development sector.

In 2020, Bronwyn undertook a consultancy to review and offer recommendations for the integration of WASH and health in the urban, health, and water strategies of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), as well as for its knowledge and lending programs. This assignment is one of numerous projects she has been involved with in lower- and middle-income countries through various organizations including ADB, the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, SNV Netherlands Development Organization, the United States Agency for International Development, and the World Bank, among others.
