The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) aims to improve education and training to meet the changing needs of industry. JICA’s technical and vocational education and training (TVET) projects focuses on the training of trainers in Viet Nam and on improving the quality of TVET to meet industry needs in Cambodia.
