Dr. Tatyana Pospelova is a doctor of technical sciences, professor. For more than 40 years taught at the Belarusian National Technical University in the departments of energy and environmental profile and management. For more than 10 years she was a member of the expert council on energy of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus. She has many years' experience of participation in international and national projects in the fields of energy policy, energy saving and renewable energy. Currently, she is the chief scientific consultant of the Engineering Consulting Company ALC ENECA and also works as an independent expert on international projects.
