Ole Johansen is a leading expert in energy planning, gas and power transmission, district energy, market analysis, design and optimization of CCGT´s and CHP´s. He´s experience is gained over 30+ years of involvement in energy infrastructure projects internationally. He has excellent knowledge of the procedures and requirements of EC and IFIs working extensively with EBRD, EIB, KfW, World Bank and EC.Ole Johansen has extensive experience as expert on international and multi-country energy projects, mostly involving dialogue with governments and ministries. He also has excellent understanding of economic and political environment and full familiarity with relevant stakeholders involved in project development. Since 2007 he has been working in the Western Balkans as Key Energy Expert / Senior Project manager under WBIF IPF2 (Energy Key Expert), WBIF IPF3 and IPF4 (Senior Project Manager), and currently in CONNECTA under DG NEAR as Key Energy Expert.
