The roundtables explored key components that contribute to creating an enabling environment for localizing the sustainable development goals (SDGs) 2030 where subnational and local governments are able to contribute meaningfully to the national SDG agenda. These enablers support the principle of ‘leaving no one behind’ and are applicable in various development contexts.
