Transforming Leadership - Second Program
Designed as a multistakeholder dialogue process, this Leadership and Innovation Lab combines individual development with systemic and institutional change initiatives.
"Transforming Leadership: Women, Men, Power, and Potential” is a Leadership and Innovation Lab targeting leaders and change agents in different fields. Through this international, cross-disciplinary, and practice-oriented dialogue process designed to strengthen leadership skills and innovation capacity, individuals are supported as they create spaces for real change in their spheres of influence.
The issue of gender diversity in leadership is particularly entrenched in social and personal values as well as power relations. The lab provides a safe space for the participants outside of the structural or power related limitations of their home contexts.
The lab consists of three face-to-face modules taking place in a period of about 18 months. The group sessions are complemented by individual and group coaching throughout the whole process. “Transforming Leadership: Women, Men, Power, and Potential” is designed to create impact on the individual, the institutional, and the systems levels.
This is not a traditional training course for leaders; it is a multistakeholder dialogue process that combines individual development with systemic and institutional change initiatives. Particular importance is given to explore the dynamics behind values such as equal opportunity, and to dealing with the sensitivities of provoking changes in power relations.
