Jesper Pedersen is ADB’s Principal Procurement Specialist. He supports the implementation of procurement policies and procurement capacity development strategies. He has been involved in the implementation and capacity building for ADB’s 2017 procurement framework, which supports Strategy 2030 and its emphasis on value for money, innovation and high-level technology.
