Roger Osorio is a speaker, executive coach, and member of the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania where he teaches entrepreneurship. As an entrepreneur himself, Roger recently founded The School of Reinvention where he empowers people to define success on their terms and reinvent themselves to achieve it. In his speaking career, Roger has delivered over 500 talks to over 150,000 people from over 100 countries. He has also coached over 3,000 executives, leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Roger has previously served as facilitator and master of ceremonies for events at the World Bank and Inter-American Development Bank. Most recently, Roger coached executives and taught executive coaching and success strategies at IBM.
