Profile / Bio:
Ramanathan Somasundaram Ramanathan is an International e-GP consultant for the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. He has researched Diffusion of e-Government Procurement (e-GP) for his Doctoral thesis work in Denmark (2001 - 2004). Since then, he has actively worked in design, development, implementation and assessment of e-GP systems in multiple countries in Asia and Africa. Ramanathan has worked as an International e-GP consultant for the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Further, he is keen to apply emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence for development of a Global e-GP system Architecture.
