This presentation discusses the participatory evaluation approach which assesses economic and social impact by involving stakeholders in the process. This approach obtains systematic information to gauge user demand and satisfaction and to produce recommendations. It features the Asian Development Bank’s Rural Roads Sector II Investment Project in India’s Assam State.
