•K. Srinivasa Raghavan is a Deputy Director General / Scientist G working in National Informatics Centre, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, since 1988. Presently stationed at Chennai, Tamil Nadu heading the State Centre as State Informatics Officer.  Present profile is to provide / assist in the IT requirements across Government of Tamil Nadu.      K. Srinivasa Raghavan has three decades experience of serving in various portfolios across the country including Districts, State Government and Central Government Projects. Has wide experience in the Conceptualisation, Design, Development and Implementation of various eGovernance Projects for the Government. 
•Major achievement is the design, development and countrywide implementation of electronic procurement platform for Government of India, called GePNIC. It’s a massive eGovernance initiative of Government of India and is implemented as the Central Public Procurement Portal. Around 75% of the country’s electronic procurement is processed through this platform.
