Kevin is a Principal Procurement Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). He coordinates the provision of procurement strategy, planning and implementation-related support, and capacity development to ADB-financed projects in the Transport Sector.
Kevin is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Procurement Specialist. Before joining ADB in 2017, he worked for the United Nations World Food Programme for 7.5 years in the areas of project management and procurement. Before that, he worked in the private sector for several consulting engineering firms with a focus mostly on the transport sector.
Kevin holds a Master of Science in Project and Programme Management and an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering.
