Profile / Bio

Yoeung Visal is currently the Government Liaison Officer for Cambodia of the WWT. He was technical officer for 6 years at the Department of Freshwater Wetland Conservation of the  General Directorate of Administration for Nature Conservation and Protection, Ministry of Environment of Cambodia. He holds a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Management from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand.
