Robin Schlenga is a Senior Data Scientist at Ramboll Management Consulting and a leading member of the Ramboll Group's global Centre of Excellence for Data Science & Analytics. He leads the German Data Science & Digital Innovation team within Ramboll Management Consulting.
As a trained physicist and mathematician with an elite master's degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University and the Technical University of Munich, Mr. Schlenga has a deep understanding of complex mathematical processes, which he applies to various projects in the form of artificial intelligence. For example, Mr. Schlenga is responsible for a major innovation project for the analysis of wastewater samples using machine learning. In addition to the conception, management and implementation of advanced software projects, Mr. Schlenga brings expertise in the visualization and communication of complex data sets to projects, for example in the creation of a comprehensive monitoring of the country-specific implementation of the “Good KiTa Act”, which Mr. Schlenga leads. Both as a successful participant and as an organiser of internal and external innovation programmes, Mr. Schlenga knows and uses methods of design thinking as well as LEAN management to bring products to market maturity.
In addition, Mr. Schlenga also provides strategic support to organizations, leveraging various training courses in strategy development, innovation methods and project management. A certificate as systemic process consultant rounds out Mr. Schlenga’s communication and consulting skillset.
As a scholarship holder of the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes (German National Academic Merit Foundation) he studied in Munich and Lund, Sweden.
