In this session, the youth representatives explain the challenges they face in taking up farming fulltime, and other non-farm employment opportunities that can be developed in the rural areas. Potential solutions and constraining factors as well as enabling policies for sustainable rural development and job creation are also discussed. A list of relevant resources is provided to expand the discussion beyond the presentation materials from the speakers.
