Profile / Bio
Karl has more than 20 years of experience working on water resources management; water supply, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH); solid waste and wastewater management; and environmental and engineering geological assessments. He currently serves as ADB’s urban development specialist in the Southeast Asia and Pacific region managing various technical assistance and investment programs on water, sanitation, and urban development projects. Prior to ADB, he has worked with the World Bank Group and bilateral donor agencies providing action research, technical advisory services, and analytics on development programs and poverty alleviation projects.
