Profile / Bio:
Lu leads the development, management and fund raising of China Program and related projects of Clean Air Asia in China. She holds BA in International Law, MA and PhD in Environmental Law from the Wuhan University, China and conducted her PhD research in the University of Leuven, Belgium. She is specialized in policy and regulation analysis of environmental issues, and has worked as project manager and coordinator with UNEP in Thailand and leading environmental consulting firms in China.
