Complicated, Multifaceted, Communication in Post-conflict Myanmar
This learning event showcased the communication and participation planning processes brought about by ADB's Greater Mekong Subregion East West Economic Corridor Eindu to Kawkareik Road Improvement project to reach out to stakeholders in Myanmar, a newly-emerging democracy. Communication strategies were customized for ethnic minorities with histories of opposition and mistrust of development programs.
