Peter Janssen has been based in Bangkok as a journalist since 1980, working for Time, Newsweek, Asia Times, Nikkei Asian Review, South China Morning Post, The Banker and the acting as regional bureau chief for Deutsche Presse-Agentur (dpa) between 1996-2014. He currently covers primarily economic, business and financial news in Southeast Asia.
