The Access to Clean Cooking Energy and Electricity - Survey of States is a survey carried out in 2015 covering more than 9000 rural households in the six most energy-poor states in India: Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.
