The Madson Wind System (MWS) & MWS Air-Steel Battery are the biggest improvement in Wind Power ever. MWS harvests Wind Energy as Compressed Air (not as electricity), using Hyper Simplified, very robust, very low cost & very low maintenance Wind Turbines. MWS compresses air in stages providing High Pressure - Compressed Air Energy Storage (HP-CAES), stored in the MWS Air-Steel Battery, a system of many low-cost small steel cells, which can store large volumes of HP-CAES for DoD of electricity instantly. MWS is the only Grid Scale system which totally eliminates: 100% redundant conventional back-up generation, grid feed-in problems & rare earth chemical batteries (which deteriorate and are difficult to dispose of) - reducing costs hugely. MWS is totally "Clean & Green" with zero carbon. MWS has already been evaluated by many engineers, engineering departments & colleges and has Collaboration Agreements with the College of Engineering of the University of Arizona and the University of Makati.
