Mr. Norris Dodd has a BS in Wildlife Biology and a MS in Environmental Resources/Range Ecology from Arizona State University. He has 40 years of diverse experience in environmental and natural resource management, research, administration, and law enforcement. Over the last 20 years, he has focused on wildlife connectivity associated with linear transportation projects. He has considerable experience conducting biological survey and biodiversity, habitat, and connectivity assessments, and now focuses on practical solutions to promoting wildlife connectivity. He has authored numerous research publications and participates in wildlife connectivity capacity building workshops. He established a new wildlife connectivity program for the Arizona Department of Transportation after a decade of road ecology and connectivity research as part of a 29-year career with the Arizona Game and Fish Department. He currently is a consultant to the Asian Development Bank and a senior scientist with AZTEC Engineering.
