Llyr Rowlands

Llyr Rowlands is a Vice President at Tetra Tech, and qualified lawyer with 20 years of experience in advancing energy infrastructure. His principal focus is on electricity and electric utilities, where he has a solid record of supporting market reforms, commercialization, and power sector transactions. He is part of the team implementing the ADB’s Capacity Building and Sector Reform program for Renewable Energy Investments, with a focus on the sustainability of utilities in the Pacific islands. Llyr holds an MA in jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales.
