Elena Marselis brings over 10 years of experience in Europe and the Middle East, of which the past 7 with Philips and Signify, having worked in various roles across IT, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations. Her experience with ESCO business models goes back to 2013 when she started working with key government and private entities in the UAE on the first Energy Performance Contracts in the region. Ms. Marselis has been involved in key lighting ESCO/Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects of various structures and complexities as well as smart city initiatives across the Middle East and Africa and has extensive experience in measurement and verification, contractual and legal aspects of ESCOs. She is currently the Head of Systems Center for the Middle East, Turkey, Pakistan and Africa, Proposal Management as well as Operations of turnkey projects in the region.
