Briony Eales

Briony Eales works with ADB’s award-winning Law and Policy Reform program. Briony has dedicated 2 years to researching climate change litigation, law, and policy in Asia and the Pacific. She is now writing working papers on climate change litigation, law, and policy based on that research. Apart from being an absorbing read (for lawyers at least), the papers will support practitioners working on climate and sustainable development law in Asia and the Pacific. Briony understands the legal challenges of large-scale infrastructure development. She spent 4.5 years working on a multi-billion dollar mining development project.
