Sonia Sandhu and Sameer Kamal of the Southeast Asia Department Urban Development and Water Division (SEUW) of ADB discussed the challenges and opportunities of accounting greenhouse gas emission of urban infrastructure projects, and incorporating GHG inventories into city investment planning processes.
