This presentation discusses the corruption risks in implementing Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+) in the Philippines, which is still in the readiness phase. REDD+ brings several potential corruption risks as it may enable new forms of corruption, or entrench existing corruption.
