Ogenis Brilhante

Ogenis Brilhante is Senior Environment and Infrastructure Specialist at the Institute of Housing and Urban Development Studies (HIS) of the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, where he coordinates a master specialization and delivery training, advisory and research on urban environment management, infrastructure and green cities. He obtained his PhD at the University Paris XII in France (with honour) and has delivered capacity building and advisory works for bilateral and multilateral agencies, governments and NGOs on environment, infrastructure and green issues for more than 30 developing and transitions countries. He is currently the IHS manager of the Switch Asia program for Nepal on Green home: Promoting Sustainable Housing project and coordinates the Executive course on green cities for Eco-efficiencies in Rotterdam.
