This presentation introduces the Association of Canadian Community Colleges, a membership-driven organization representing Canada’s 130 public post-secondary institutions of applied learning and research. The decision of the People's Republic of China to adopt and implement a key performance indicator system for its colleges and institutes of technology under the Vocational Education Leadership Training is examined.
