Policy Analyst at the OECD and produce policy analysis and advice that advances economic growth and social progress. My major current work at the OECD Centre for Skills focuses on vocational education and training (VET). The work of the Centre for Skills includes strengthening VET systems to be resilient to the future needs; building National Skills Strategies by taking a whole-of-government approach and engaging with stakeholders to develop and implement better skills policies; and producing insights on how countries can best support skills systems and lifelong learning for all, linking various issues such as environment, health and employment. I first joined the OECD in 2013 working on various issues related to education and skills systems and policies at the Education and Skills Directorate. I also worked on development, labour and migration issues at the OECD Development Centre. Before joining the OECD, I worked at the International Labour Organization, working on the issue of child labour and skills for green jobs. I studied International Development and Development Economics (MA and PhD) at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Switzerland and Education (BA) at Seoul National University, South Korea.
