Silas Markert

Silas Markert is a Climate Resilience Specialist at the Asian Development Bank’s Nepal Resident Mission. Currently, he is the project co-team leader for the Building Adaptation and Resilience in the Hindu Kush Himalayas-Bhutan and Nepal (BARHKH) initiative focusing on enhancing climate and disaster risk management systems in Nepal and Bhutan. Previously, Silas worked in Latin America, South & Southeast Asia and East Africa on the uptake of green building technologies, on climate resilience for people and infrastructure, and on air quality projects.
