Baguio City Smart Flood Warning, Information and Mitigation System - Consolidation Phase Post-Monsoon Assessment Report

This report provides a pre-monsoon overview of system performance and the subsequent updates and improvements made to the Flood Early Warning System (FEWS) developed under the Baguio City Smart Flood Warning, Information, and Mitigation System project. ​ It evaluates the accuracy and reliability of the system's predictions, as well as the functionality of the monitoring stations and data quality. ​ The report also discusses the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the training of the FEWS Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team. ​ It concludes with a comprehensive sustainment plan for the FEWS and recommendations for further technical support and future updates.
