HAND Social Enterprise and SIAM Lab cofounder Dr. Torplus Yomnak shows how open data and citizen participation can be a force for good governance and anticorruption. Dr. Yomnak received the United States State Department’s 2021 Anti-Corruption award for his work on anticorruption policy and research.
