Urban planning and architecture as part of the spiritual and material culture of the society reflects the social ideals, the real historical conditions and is the result of creative constructive activity. Continuity and diversity of urban planning and architecture of the process depends on economic factors, socio-political changes in the society and polity.
Urban planning and architecture as the artificially created and aesthetically meaningful environment provides the necessary environment for working, living and recreation.
The law "On Urban Development and Architecture of the Kyrgyz Republic" regulates legal relations in urban planning, architecture of the Kyrgyz Republic and is aimed at creating conditions for a revival of prosperity and the preservation of national architecture of the Kyrgyz people.
