Meeting Sustainability and Climate Goals with the Cloud
Over the past decade, cloud computing has revolutionized how people and organizations work by democratizing access to technology, affording organizations of all sizes access to a plethora of digital tools, as well as the security benefits of the cloud.
This session at the Asian Development Bank''s (ADB) fourth Southeast Asia Development Symposium (SEADS) explored how cloud computing and cloud-enabled tools are helping to drive the twin transitions of digitalization and decarbonization.
The session is co-organized with the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia and Amazon Web Services. With the theme, "Imagining a Net-Zero ASEAN," SEADS 2023 explored measures governments, communities, and the private sector could take to progress toward carbon neutrality.
