The objective of the present Guidelines is to create the procedure mechanisms for practical application of the Convention on environmental impact assessment in a transboundary context in CA. Recommendations contain the detailed step-by-step procedures in accordance with the provisions determined by the Espoo Convention. The present document has the following nature of recommendations.
