Join this knowledge lab to learn how you can address gender norms to increase women’s financial inclusion and economic empowerment. Drawing on CGAP’s Technical Guide: Addressing Gender Norms to Increase Financial Inclusion: Designing for Impact   the lab helps participants deepen their understanding of how some gendered social norms pose barriers to women’s ability to access, use, and benefit from financial services. The lab will guide participants on ways to systematically understand and consider gender norms in their work and shift from a relatively gender-neutral approach to proactively design and support norm informed and norm transformative interventions.
