Gender-blind infrastructure, which neglects to consider the needs of women and girls can limit their access to critical resources such as clean water and sanitation services, use of public transport and access to digital communications technology. Panelists in this session will discuss how urban development can be deliberate in its inclusion and empowerment of women.
