DBO (performance -based contract) has significant benefits. However, it requires special expertise to put together the tender and evaluate bids. To facilitate implementation of DBO contracts, organizations may consider raising contractors' awareness about upcoming bids through a roadshow. Contractors may also be given training in tendering during tender preparation.
