The recent accelerated growth of corporate water stewardship highlights the need for a Water Stewardship Program (WSP).  It can harmonize the plans and thrusts of the public and private sector and create a more lasting impact. Having a WSP can also help developing countries achieve SDG 6, which calls for integrated water resource management, and  SDG 17, which calls for partnerships. WSPs are urgently needed, especially since water- related challenges have become too daunting and complex for many countries. This presentation shows how ADB can formulate a WSP and use it  to engage partners in enhancing water management and sustainability in DMCs.
