Learn why local government taxes should be a priority issue in Asia.

While the timing might be right to create policies that will increase city government tax revenue mobilization, there are considerable constraints to achieving this. This presentation discusses the present status of local government taxation in Asia, and also provides tips on how to implement an urban fiscal strategy.
